Frog is puffy like a ballon

I have noticed over the past few weeks the activity of my albino pacman has been declining. He is so puffy I can't even see his front legs anymore. I am concerned he is retaining water. I have him in a 10 gallon aquarium with ecoearth substrate and I feed him dusted crickets with calcium. I spray his enclosure every night and he has a shallow water dish to sit in. He goes in it every once in a while but I haven't seen him in there in over a month. I feed him about once a week about a dozen crickets. He at the last batch I put in last week. I have no idea what could be causing this but he seems so flimsy. I am concerned he will die This is the first frog I have owned.
