My packman doesn't like cockroaches
Is it a young one?
When I first got my pac as a baby she wouldn't touch roaches of any sort. Now that she's a little over a year and much larger she will literally lunge out of her burrow after a fat juicy hisser.

Will it eat earthworms ?
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
She like crackets and red mice.
Strange how picky some of them are .

Have you tried freshly molted ones?

What species of cockroach did you try?
Some common feeder species, like Blaptica dubia, aren't readily accepted by some herps. You might consider trying a different species if the one you are using yields no interest; Turkistan roachs AKA red runners/rusty reds (Blatta lateralis) are often more readily taken by herps that require a lot of visual stimulation for a feeding response.

Maybe try a smaller roach. Maybe it was too big, and tough to swallow.
Training your frog to hand feed will also open up more possibilitys for varity. The frog will learn to eat anything out of your hand. My American bullfrog used to be picky when it came to roaches but since i have tought her to hand feed she will literally take anything out of my hand. She has lots of trust in me. lol. It just makes feeding so much easier.
