Suggestions on temp humidity probes

I need a good temp and humidity prob.
There is the exo terra one but a lot of people say there junk so
what do you use ? Or what is a good choice without spending over a 100$
i currently use analog ones but I don't trust them . Any input would be great ..

Any digital ones. I like all living things, because it has 2 probes, one for humidity, one for temps, but mostly I use only hygrometers.
For temps my preferrence is infrared gun.
