weird worm found on glass in tree frog cage

Planarian. I have had them in my aquatic tanks before. Earthworms can't climb

OK but my tank is not an aquatic tank but I do have a water fall going and also I have a humidifier that goes on 3 times a day bringing the humidity to hi 70s
