Well, I was unable to resist the lure of all the many cool morphs that are out there. So thanks to Mike's Phat Frogs, I have added four more beauties to the family!
First we have Caramel/Tan #1
Caramel/Tan #2
Sunkissed Apricot - She's crazy bright colored!
And last but not least, we finally have a mutant!
It's kind of hard to describe how it looks... It has bright green splotches over reddish/tan coloring. It has already changed somewhat since Mike first showed it to me. The mutant and the two caramel/tans are all from the Phantom X Blue spawning so who knows how they will turn out!
I swear these are the last additions for now. We've got our hands full!![]()
The 1st Caramel/Tan is very cute and my favorite.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
They're all adorable and digging the china!
Congratz on your new babies! How envious of me right now! I can't believe you guys have 30 frogs. If there's a frog shrink you guys need to see one LOL! I love that last mutant's color pattern!
What set ups are you using for your frogs GrifTheGreat. And do you keep them in the delivery cups when they first arrive

That Mutant is just rad.... And 30 frogs? Damn, I wanna start collecting more now! :P
"Those among us who are keepers (yes, I am one) owe each and every animal, be their cost mere pennies or thousands of dollars, the best of conditions and care. Research each species before acquisition, and then acquire only those that you can care for adequately and with relative ease." - Richard Bartlett
I never leave them in their delivery cups. They are bathed in a diluted Unflavored Pedialyte solution and then moved to their new setup. Upgraded as needed
I use Exo Terra tanks, Zoo Med Naturalistic Tanks, a Rack System by Vision, and medium Reptile Carriers. Oh and a really Nice Tetra Fauna Tank that GABF is in. I use Coconut Fiber for substrate. Paper Towels if they are ill. Always provide a water dish that is shallow and appropriately sized to the frog. I use Zoo Med or All Living Things UTHs on the sides of every tank and keeper. Heat lamps made by Fluker's that have a dimmer switch to dial in the temp and light output. Always cover the sides with some kind of background. Plastic Wrap over half to 3/4 of every screen top.
Rack System is heated by heat cable and that is controled by a Thermostat.
Lmao, rightfor now! Lol
beautiful frogs! Congrats! Lucky, at least you're both the same, I have someone here constantly going on about too many frogs as it is
And I'm pretty sure 30 frogs are not enough. Ummm remember chat last year about getting one frog a month? Lol aha.... It is still November you know, you need to get 2x every next year, so 12 last year, 24 this year, so well... You gotta get 6 more frogs this year!
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
Yeah... But you need to make it even, 2x quota sounds better then just random numberso 6 more
I'm sure Mike have some more to choose from lol
