Female. Females can make noise too, but of course it doesn't sound like the male. Mine made sounds since he was 2" which is kind of weird, but he made all sorts of sounds. Now he is very quiet aside from a nice deep bellow now and then.

Though second picture look like it might be a female, first and third pix are shouting male to me so I'm going with male on this one. This young frog has almost a what I called triangular head profile.

BTW can you take the frog out and get a few pictures at the frog's eye level?
