Exclamation Strange things at the bottom of SEACHEM PRIME

So, I was going about my business, dechlorinating water ahead of time and what not, only to notice that my Seachem Prime had something that looked (as best described) as iron foliciles or something else that is dark and at the bottom.

Is my Seachem Prime safe? Is this normal? I read the bottle only to get no answer. Not even a "shake before using" (which I have not done!).

Please let me know about this ASAP, as I am running to the petstore within 24 hours.
