Default Meet my tree frog :D

Now i'd like everyone to meet my one and only favorite tree frog in the world! She's known by a lot of common names so i'll introduce her to you guys as a Polypedates leucomystax. I usually call her Mrs.Froggy but my partner calls her, Taylor Swift (you'll know why). She's 3.5" to maybe 4 inches now from snout to vent and has been with me for almost a year now and she was originally intended to be a feeder for my vinesnake until she showed me something interesting that proved her worth to me otherwise. I saved her from certain death and now we're in love with each other lol

(Photos meant to display her color forms only. I'm still kinda new to tree frogs so please don't stone me XD)

Showcasing her Taylor Swift swing of emotions!!

#1: Her stressed phase (this was the first time i got her. My initial reaction was, yuck what an ugly and dull frog)

#2: Her 'i dont wanna be touched' phase

#3: 'you cant see me, i dont see you' phase

#4: 'im sleepy dont bug me' phase (transition from gray to light yellow)

#5: 'okay im awake, what now?' phase

#6: 'wheres the exit so i can escape' phase

#7: and finally her happy self

With months of observing her daily coloration, i've come to realize that a yellow frog is a happy frog

From wikipedia: common tree frog, asian white-lipped frog, golden gliding frog to mention a few. Haha!

She's a very color responsive individual so gauging her mood and well-being is easy

You guys won't believe it if i told you that she only eats 4 superworms or 5 crickets every 16-19 days. She will refuse eating on a regular basis. At first, i thought she was impacted or sick then again she poops like once a week and still remains fat. She's not bloated though. Probably a survival adaptive trait in the wild

I call her my amphibian asset haha

My girl is starting to have orange coloring on her forelegs and forearms. Could this be breeding season colors or a sign of adult sexual maturity?
