Feeding mishap

A few days ago, my grey tree frog ingested a bark chip and today when i got him out to feed him he started gagging before i even fed him, i think he is trying to vomit up the piece of wood but is unable to, what should i do?

* I was checking him out and at the base of his throat it is looking slightly pink

Ive never experienced this but I would get him to the Vet. I hope he will be OK.

That is the problem with inappropriate substrate. Cover the wood chips with moss. Get the little fella to a vet or he could develop an obstruction and die.
