If i wanted to take it slow instead of introducing both, which would u recommend introducing first? springtails or 'rolly polies' ? and are they available at petsmart or any similar place?

Buy them both from bugs in cyberspace. They are cheap and easy to keep. You can introduce them together but the pill bugs populate more slowly than the springtails.
