Are isopods ok in a FBT tank? are their shells too hard in case a FBT eats one?

ive got a 10 gallon tank with 2 fbts.... 50/50 land water.

I have an otocinlus and corey catfish in there as well, live plants and moss.

Looking to keep the tank as maintenance free as possible... would like to introduce isopods to help clean waste / mold (no mold yet, that i can see!) and to help w/ nutrients for the plants.
