Hey everyone!! Just wanted to post some new pics of beefcake for everyone to see. I also wanted to ask about the pink/red coloring on his back. From the pics you'll be able to see that right now the lines are pinkish, but other times they are bright red. Does anyone know what causes the color to change?

Nice ornate pacman from what I've read and heard the change colors for a couple of reasons one to blend into their surroundings 2 stress and 3 a problem in their environment wrong humidity to hot or to cold. The temperature gauge you have in the picture is no good the readings can be off either way a digital temperature gauge is much better and not to expensive.

Beefcake looks good! Frog color can change with its mood or in response to environment.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Thanks! Yeah I forgot to mention that I have a hygrotherm controlling the humidity through a reptifogger and the temps through a heating pad and a 45w red bulb lamp on top. The daytime temp is 83 and the night time is 79 based off of what the digital hygrotherm says. The humidity is about 80-82%.
Sounds like your got it under control.

Also can anyone tell me what gender beefcake might be based off these pictures?
I'm going with female too, would be nice if you can check pads
what a pretty frog!
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
If it croaks at night our if you try to pick it up is a guy and males only get about 4-6 inches females get 6-8 inches
He's gonna get big!!!
