Finally, I've figured out a way to make feeding my pacman frog easier. In my previous posts I've mentioned how much trouble I've had feeding him. He only takes crickets (mainly, ate a worm once) and he has a really hard time catching them. So I figured out a good way to ensure he eats.
I cut the bottom out of a plastic tub that the crickets came in, then placed it over him to form a little 'cricket coral.' It keeps the crickets within an inch or so of him so he can easily catch them. I tried it tonight and it worked!
He did miss one and give up for a while so I let it out and gave him a break, otherwise I was worried it might bite on him. It still takes some patience but at least this way I know he's eating.
Fantastic!

ill have to try this, i have the same issue. now if you could find a way to get mine to eat from tongs thatd be great lol.
Mine still won't do that either. He is just such a finicky guy! Even with this method, if he doesn't get the cricket on the first lunge I need to give him a break because he won't try again for a while.
I got my pacman to eat from thongs using the method that ivory reptiles uses its a video on YouTube.

Fergie is still stubborn when it comes to eating as well! But the ivory reptiles video helped me out quite a bit
