Don't use a fan; blowing air can be very harmful to pacs. You can't even keep them under an open vent if they're inside. It dries out their skin.

Hmmm.....I am not sure how easy it would be to monitor your frogs when they are kept out doors. It might be to dangerous to attempt a dry season change with temps that high. If the substrate dries completely the frog will die in Aestivation. This is a very dangerous task to attempt when inexperienced and if the frog in question is under 1 year of age. Using a fan would reduce the moisture levels greatly and cause the substrate to dry too much. You don't want to do that.
It would be best to wait until you are able to properly house your frog indoors rather than outside before attempting to breed.
