Hey i have a male pyxie and he has what feels like sacks or something under his butt. i kno it sounds funny lol but is that normal? He seems perfectly healthy except for whatever is causes the bulges. Anyone know anythimg about this?

Ill take pics if that would help because it seems like it hard for him to walk around he rubs his bottom on the ground

13. Have you found poop lately?
14. A pic would be helpful including frog and enclosure (any including cell phone pic is fine)
15. How old is the frog?
16. How long have you owned him/her?
17. Is the frog wild caught or captive bred?
18. Frog food- how often and if it is diverse, what other feeders are used as treats?
19. How often the frog is handled?
20. Is the enclosure kept in a high or low traffic area?
21. Describe enclosure maintenance (water changes, cleaning, etc)

Sounds like edema. How warm are you keeping him and how old is he?
he has been pretty warm but he is 4 years old. Im startimg think its just his normal fat lol but its hard to tell ill post pics
