Guys covered it, you need water dish with water, more plants. You also need to cover 3 sides of huge enclosure.
Do you have day light for him/her? If not you need it too on 12on/12off cycle. I use UVB, while there is no consensus on UVB usage for pixies, I like to mimic their natural conditions and think it is important.
