Sanitizing from Chytrid?

The frogs are completely healthy. The problem is not the frogs I just need to sanitize the filter And I do not keep bleach in my house. the only things I will use are vinegar, Hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol.

I do not believe any of these things besides bleach will remove Chytrid, if it exists. I would not use rubbing alcohol on aquatic equipment, it will poison your livestock.

Odd ... Rubbing alcohol was advised to sanitize before sealing ... Well I will just use the filter in a tank with animals that can not get it.
