I'm sorry; but with the sparse information provided can't make a full picture of what's going on. What ExoTerra Medium (low, medium, tall)? How tall is it? White's require 29C day and no lower than 24C night temps. You need to raise your enclosure temperature since extended low temp periods can lead to permanent kidney and lymph hearts damage.
Need information on water: what's it's origin: how do you treat it: is there a filter? Knowing pH, ammonia, nitrites, and nitrate levels would help. If water is not right, your frog could slowly be poisoned and suffer from Toxic Shock Syndrome (TOS), leading to neurological and other physiological disorders.
What do you gut load crickets with? You need to dust with CA/D3 and vitamin supplements no matter what you feed the crickets; can use this schedule according to frog size: http://www.frogforum.net/food-feeder...schedules.html.
Photo's of frog and enclosure will help lots. Although White's tolerate handling better than most frogs; daily handling could be stressing it. Please provided requested information and in the meantime correct the temperature and feeding issues discussed. Thank you!
