Welcome aboard. The three frogs that come to mind. The first two are common in the pet trade and they are the Africand clawed frog, Xenopus laevis and the dwarf clawed frog, Hymenochirus boettgeri. It will depend upon which species of fish you are keeping, whether or not you can keep a frog with them. Xenopus laevis get big enough to swallow most commonly kept tropical fish. With Hymenochirus boettgeri it's the complete opposite, they can be eaten by some fish. Then there is the less commonly seen Suriname toad, Pipa pipa. Its big enough to eat most fish and all the previously mentioned frogs.

Though it depends on which species of tropical fish you are talking about, I do not recommend keeping African Clawed Frogs with them. These frogs can get quite agressive and latch onto much larger fish's fins and tails, and they will swallow all fish smaller than them. From my past experience, they will even find a way to pull large aquatic snails from their shells and eat them.

While I am also new to this forum, I have been in the fish business for many years. The African clawed frog does indeed get large and they are known to eat the fish they are kept with.
