Hi, are you sure they are eggs and not a spherical fungi? Using a needle try to manipulate one and see what happens.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
If it will be Fungi, what should be happen in touching it with needle?Its cannot be Springtail or woodlice eggs?
UPDATE : It`s moving!!! Can it be mites?
As soon as I saw the picture I instantly thought mites. If you look closely you can see legs and if they're moving then that makes me pretty certain they're mites. I got mites I'm my fruit fly culture and they look exactly like them. No need to worry though as I don't think these will have any negative effects on your frogs. I think this species is a detritus feeder and helps break down organic waste.
