Looks like she has some old shed left on her and is trying to get it off. Just get a damp paper towel and help her remove it. You can also warm up a little safe water for her to soak in, Rufus LOVES that. He'll swoosh his belly around and spreads his legs apart to get as much surface skin in the warmth. Don't make it to warm though, remember warm to us is hot to them. I usually start off with water bowl filled w/room temp water, then slowing add the warmer water and watch their reaction.

Agree looks like trying to remove shedding from one side. For Gail's recommended bath; can go to up to 80F water. Good luck !
