Lola just came out of her burrow and immediately went into her water bowl I just cleaned and put Dechlorinator in. But when she went into the bowl, I noticed this:
What is she doing? Getting ready to shed? She hasn't shed yet? Bathing? Is she okay?
"Look on the wall behind you. Look at that little girl's face. I know you've seen it. But you know what she's never going to be able to see? She's never going to be able to see the simple wonder of a leaf in her hand. Because there's not going to be any trees. Now you think about that."

It's been over an hour since you first post; is she still doing it? That certainly is how my toads have acted while getting ready to shed, and she DOES have that appropriately dull pre-shed coloration. If she's still having trouble an hour later, well... That'd be a record for me, at least. The fact she's in water would make sense.
Sorry this isn't really of more help, but it sure looks normal at first glance.
I just looked in her cage. She's a lighter color. apparently it was just shedding. Oops!

Looks like she has some old shed left on her and is trying to get it off. Just get a damp paper towel and help her remove it. You can also warm up a little safe water for her to soak in, Rufus LOVES that. He'll swoosh his belly around and spreads his legs apart to get as much surface skin in the warmth. Don't make it to warm though, remember warm to us is hot to them. I usually start off with water bowl filled w/room temp water, then slowing add the warmer water and watch their reaction.

Agree looks like trying to remove shedding from one side. For Gail's recommended bath; can go to up to 80F water. Good luck!
