When can I feed pinky mice?

Hi, I have another question regarding mice. If one feeds a good sized mouse to an adult pacman how many days before they should be hungry again? I ask this in the event of me going on vacation. I assume the frog would be able to go a couple days without food if you feed a decent sized mouse. It would just make a caretaker's job easier if the frog could wait a couple of days before being fed.

Mine usually isn't hungry for at least another week once he has had a huge mouse.

Excellent, so if I went away for a week the pacmans (IF they eat a mouse) would be good to go except for water changes etc. Excellent!
