A lot of frogs (mine included), have pinky-red tinged legs as a result of the muscle underneath pale coloured skin. It can get a deeper colour if blood flow to the muscles is increased (heat or lots of movement). The frogs in the pictures you posted look normal.

Red leg looks like haemorrhaging under the skin- much more intense red than what you are seeing

I would guess that since your frog is still active and eating well, that its just natural pinky colouration due to the above
