No. This is what the frog metamorphosed into. This is a genetic mutation and this frog is not being abused or neglected.

No, it actually looks very healthy and imagine Mike is giving it personalized attention. These rare and "weird" looking Pacman's are called Mutants and many trade hands over $1K !
