Help I don't know what to do untill I can get to the vet

I have a pacman frog named Toad. Today he started flipping himself over. he's done it numours times and i'm worried sick. I've washed down his tank. had him sit in his water dish. nothing is helping. he has a little hard lump on his back that's not normally there. I put him in his tiny feeder tankwith some moss and he hasn't flipped yet. but I don't know what's wronge. please can someone help me.

Sorry your frog is unwell. I don't know much about this species or what could be wrong with it, but you should make an appointment with a vet that deals with amphibians asap. In the mean time keep it comfortable in a stress free environment with access to clean water. What you have it in now sounds good to me. Others here will have a better idea of what to do.
