    Default European night crawlers

I was advised to get earth worms for my frogs, high in nutrients/protein. Lucked out and found them on Kijiji, and found a website of a local place. The Worm Lady Can they eat this as a primary food source? I want to pick them up tomorrow and start my pacman and tomato frogs on them.

Yes, so long as the worms have no chemicals added to them such as dyes or scents, and as long as they're bred and raised in fertilizer-free and pesticide-free soil, they are fine.

Earth worms/ Night crawlers are one of the most nutritious foods for frogs, and they're easy to digest .

$5 Canadian for 1 dozen European NC seems a bit high. Not sure if that represents the current pricing across Canada; but can get 18 larger Canadian NC in USA for $2.96 plus tax .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

It does, but I find the prices are usually better in the states anyway. More businesses and people, better rates. Harder to find deals where I live but there is a few baits shops I need to check out so who knows

$5 for a dozen isn't bad assuming they are big healthy worms. I can get a package for $4 at the local bait shop which are medium sized, while if I go around the corner I can pay $7 for a package of all really big worms so it all depends if you ask me.

They are all supposed to be around 3-4 inches. Unfortunately she doesn't have any at this time and says check back at a future date. So I'm going to check this other general store that is supposed to have fishing supplies and bait. We'll see! *fingers crossed*
