Hello and welcome to FF ! I keep crickets in a ExoTerra Medium Beeder Box with a piece of egg carton covering around 1/3-1/2 of space. Crickets are fed veggie fish flakes with spirulina, lettuce, carrots, and oats. For toads would add Night Crawlers to diet (available not-dyed at Walmarts Sports section and bait shops).
