I've noticed Fergie pretty much never uses his little tub... I've never seen him in it unless I put him there and when I do put him there he doesn't stay in it for more than a minute or two. Is this anything to be concerned about?

No. If the humidity is good and the substrate is moist then he is getting all the moisture he needs.
