I was surfing TradeMe (New Zealand equivalent of Craigslist/eBay), when I found these seven Litoria aurea up for sale... they're in an even worse tank setup than the ones I rescued off the same site a few months ago. A prime example of the pet shop recommendations and advice we've grown to love... NOT! If I didn't already have six to feed, I would rescue these ones as well. They are cute and would not mind keeping L. aurea if local . However; rescuing frogs that have not been properly kept is a risky proposition because of possible chronic health issues. Also, they are selling them for a profit and buying them will just promote the behavior.

omg thats the tinyest tank iv seen ! i have 1 whites tree frog in a 63L tank/cage and im going to buy a bigger one if i get another Whites tree frog
