Exclamation Swollen side of mouth. What is this????

Woke up this morning and was misting my frogs when I noticed this on the side of one of their mouths.
What is this?? Should I treat it or let it heal on its own? She does not seem to be in any pain and is as active as usual.

Only recent changes to the tank are replacing coco fiber substrate with water.
Every feeding is dusted with repashy calcium plus. Other side of her mouth is totally normal, and none of the other frogs are displaying anything similar.

Just remembered that when feeding last night, I saw one of them try to eat the end of a manzanita branch that is in the tank.
Could that have caused this? And does it need to be treated? How?

If frog is eating and you can monitor in present enclosure, maybe can observe there. If not, would move to hospital type enclosure where close monitoring is possible.

If it get's increasingly worse during today, might need antibiotics. Do you have a topical anti-bacterial based on silver or maybe Baytril on hand? You might need it in the next couple of days. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

    I'll watch it closely.
I don't have any silver based topical ointment on hand, but I do have original neosporin.

I can stop at the drug store on my way home from work. Would this suffice?

It's not what you'd get from a vet or doctor, but it's still silver based. Is this frog safe?

I picked up the above mentioned silver gel at the store. Does anyone know if this is safe?
I have treated her lip with normal strength Neosporin, but I'd really like to use this if it would be more helpful.
So far the swelling hasn't gotten any worse, but it hasn't gotten any better either. She's still plenty alert and hoppy so I'm not too worried. Just want to nip this in the bud.

One I use is made by Elta and is pure AG in gel suspension with no other active ingredients. If one you got is same and have no other active ingredients (specially pain killers) it should be OK .

Ah okay haha. Well thanks, nok1888.

Anyone know how many times a day I should apply the neosporin?
