yes as long as you maintain temps/humidity you can keep in plastic bin. you don't need anything fancy in order to keep frogs properly. Assuming you're getting tree frogs, get some kind of tall plastic bin, size depending on a size of frogs, papertowels on a bottom, then plants, etc, like you would for a permanent home. actually that is how you need to keep all newly acquired frogsin a quarantine.
