just wondering how to give supplements to my young grey tree frog.
Add the supplement (small amount should do for couple dozen flies) into a small plastic bag and then add flies. Shake bag a bit so powder coats flies and then feed them to frogs.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
thanks! i just posted to make sure they are hardy enough to survive that kind of beating like crickets and roaches.

that is what I have been doing.two things though. how often should I dust the flies for a small(1 inch) grey tree frog? and when I dust the flies, I put them in a deli cup with a pinch of powder and swirl them until they are covered,so how do I get the flies into my frog's viv without dumping the powder everywhere?
cheers
that's the trick, I've been trying to strain them into 2 cups prior to adding them, but I always get powder in the tank
I wonder; can you gut load fruit flies? that would be easier...
Just need to add enough CA to get flies dusted. If you add just a pinch like Jen stated, the small amount that might fall on substrate is negligible.
