Nuptial pads are on the thumbs. On top towards the frogs chest. Females grow slower than males.

Those pictures might be deceiving. You can't tell a size from that picture, all you can tell is that Grif's frogs look well fed and healthy.
Below is a picture of my big female, she is 4.5" and done growing. I don't mind, it's not the size of the frog, it's how healthy they are that matters.
There are no tricks to get your frog to 5", just having a healthy frog, perfect husbandry and a little luck on genetics.

8 to 9 months is a sub adult and might grow another .25" to.5" by 1 year of age.

look at worlds biggest frog on youtube. i would like to get advice on how my frog can get like that.I love my frog like it is but who wouldnt want a bigger frog

I wouldn't. My male is 3" and I don't mind him being small at all. It's the frogs behaviour I value over size. Eventhough my male misses 1 foot, he's a great eater, he's very active and despite being disabled, he moves around alot.

The top frog is a Female brown Cranwelli. She is 5.25". There are many factors that determine growth and most don't reach 5" so only time will tell. They can reach full grown in a matter of months.
