Would not move frogs into a new un-cycled vivarium, specially if plants come from sources that use pesticides or fertilizers. Recommend waiting 30 days after set-up; but if badly needed and plants came from a vivarium store, at least wait 2 weeks. Springtails and other detritus processors like isopods will help balance your little ecosystem. A digital hygrometer/thermometer combo is your best bet and the ExoTerra is very affordable and what I use and recommend.
For White's a day temperature of 85F with around a 10F drop at night will do. Since ventilation is more important than humidity ensure the enclosure is well ventilated and then spray once or twice daily to maintain around 65% humidity. IRT food, crickets should be same size as distance between frogs eyes. Dust them with CA/D3 2X and vitamins 1X on different days with skip day in between. Although your enclosure looks very nice it appears to have an horizontal arrangement and that is not what White's prefer. They are large frogs as adults and will require a minimum height of 24 in. when fully grown. Good luck!
