Default would a 60 W buld keep a frog tank warmer then a 40W bulb?

my lamp can go up to 60W..i think the first bulb I used was a 50 W but the last 2 bulbs I've used were 40W. The tank is at a good temp now but I will need ways to keep it warm during winter (the tank in my room which is in the basement) so i'm thinking a 60W bulb may provide more heat? I have a heating pad and a extra if it's possible to put 2 on one tank?

Yes, the 60W will heat more than a 40W bulb .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
