Ok I read the care sheets and all but it does not say how often I should be feeding what. Whats the best primary diet and how often should I be substituting what?

Staple diet is crickets, and unfortunately I do not know what is a good idea for treats/alternatives. I've heard people feed nightcrawlers, dubia roaches, various kinds of worms, but I only feed crickets to my little guys. Feeding should be at least every other day, dusting with calcium+d3 supplement during these feedings, with a vitamin supplement dusting once a week (as I've recently been told again and reaffirmed for the fifth time). You can feed between days, or every day if you would prefer even, but the dustings can only be done every other day to prevent calcium overdose.
How many crickets at a time?
I feed Turkish roaches, also called red runners, and use wax or butter worms as treats. I use crickets once in a while, and they also LOVE moths. Feed as many as it wants, really can't over feed a baby. If it starts to get to fat, just cut back on the quantity or feed ever 2 or 3 days instead.

I just put half a dozen small crickets in his tank ... He immediately ate one <3 SO CUTE ... I kinda want a frog now lol. But with so many other animals I will only get one if one needs a new home or rescue.

Do they require hybernation or can they happily live at the same temps year round? I am trying to decide which frog to start out with, grays or whites tree frogs. Thanks.
Neither Grey's or White's require hibernation, unless you are conditioning for breeding. If undecided recommend read their care articles in this section, maybe that will help make up your mind: Frog Forum - Care Articles.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
