Default Feeding quantity/amount for African dwarf frogs

It bothers me how much these frogs seem to eat. I have seven and they easily manage to finish the three cubes worth of frozen bloodworms I give them every three days.

Am I feeding too much? Or perhaps too infrequently? The widest frogs have their largest cross sections at twice the width of their heads.

    Thanks!

Seven frogs chomping down 3 cubes of worms sounds fine or even a light meal to me. Can you post pics of frogs to see how "fat" they are? Thank you !

Here's a bad quality shot in the dead of the night but you get the idea. One of the slimmer ones with the chubbier one scooting off. I'll do a planted set up with these guys soon.

    Hi,

they look just fine to me, especially females tend to be quite chubby if fed sufficiently. So the amount of food seems to be adequate, but I wouldn´t feed them exclusively on bloodworms. It´s much better to alternate their diet with other live or wet-frozen foods such as glasworms, black mosquito larvae, artemia, tubifex, daphnia, chopped earthworms etc.
I´m sure your frogs will appreciate the new setup

I did mysis for a short while but they didn't take to it quite well. Woke up this morning to realize that half the bloodworms were not eaten so I did a water change anyway.

I'll pick up a few variations of frozen foods and the occasional live tubifex. So this amount is adequate I guess?

The reason I asked is because I've seen people on YouTube somehow satisfying their frogs with several worms. Mine are eating much more than just several.

Frog in photo looks fine. Do not overfeed, leftover food can easily foul your tank's water.

I made the switch to hikari recently. It seems like they're only able to take 1.5 cubes worth nowadays. No obvious weight loss though.
