Well, Lola and my big Fowler's are now cage mates in Lola's 20 gallon! Only thing I noticed is that the big toad has a rawed/bloody nose from jumping into the sides of his quarantine cage. It's just dry blood, but is their anything I can do for him. It isn't extremely bad, just like raw, like when you wipe your nose alot when you have a cold, it's not really even his nose, it's more of the pointy part of his mouth.
