When frogs do full body sheds, do they not eat?

My giant african bullfrog is not eating, some users have been helping me figure out why but so far no luck. temperatures are fine, substrate is fine, ect. I just saw My frog is doing a full body shed, is this why it isn't eating?

It has been about a week and a half since it started not eating. Had two crickets a few days ago and that's it. Shows no interest in food.

When you start a new thread related to the same frog problem (not eating), all the background info is separate from new thread. This can confuse and make a correct answer more difficult. Did you started using dechlorinated tap in bath water and to mix substrate as advised in other thread or decided not to?

My frogs do stop eating the day they shed since they eat the shed; but go back to normal eating within a day or two. Your frog stopped eating many days before shed, which is a different scenario.
