Question Need simple design for leopard frog

Just adopted a leopard frog, a "Grow-a-frog" throw away(hate those kits). Need good setup that will not be too hard or too expensive to put together. The plan is to use 20 gal tall with 70% water, 30% land. would like to do land area along back instead of middle of tank. I do not want to use soil as that will make the filtration harder to deal with. Is there any way of just adding floating ledges or corkbark? Something that can be taken out so I can completely clean tank when needed? Any tips (photos would be awesome) Thanks, Harpy
