Answer these questions for your setup before you placed them in a hospital tank. http://www.frogforum.net/tree-frogs/...enclosure.html

Ok im afraid right now i dont have time for that, i will try to tomorrow. I scheduled an appointment at the vets. It turns out only one looks a bit too big, and they are going to be ok for the night at least. I need to let them be and let them re-hydrate and get rest, so i wont bother them tonight or tomorrow.

thank you i will keep you posted

    Hi
If you are talking about the same frogs....you will want to keep the same thread going.

If you are talking about the same frogs: how many times did you do the Pedi soak?, and for how long.
You don't want to 'over use it' , and mixing properly ( as described) is very important!

If you are talking about the same frogs - I'm glad you are going to take them to the vet if they are still ill.
It is VERY important to let the vet know that they got extremely er dehydrated.

If you are talking about the same frogs- the dehydration they went through cause a lot of stress- the stress can lead to an illness? ? ?

Be sure to have clean de-chlorinate water in their enclosure at all times.

I lost another frog before i got the pedialite. They have been very hydrated for a while now with the humidity up and pedialite everywhere in the hospital tank. They aren't eating and seem VERY sluggish. I put crickets instead of mealworms in their enclosure tonight but i am worried as they are starting to look too bony.
Im really worried and hope desperately that they make it. At the end of september i will buy smaller crickets because these are too big for them although there are two that are ok for them right now.

Is there anything else i should be doing?

And the saddest thing is that they dont call anymore. Its really depressing, i think i may have lost just my male callers.

I'm sorry about your frogs! Sucks loosing them. Laputa passed a couple weeks ago and she was extremely bloated. One thing I have learned from my experience is if next time I see my two frogs bloated, I'm not waiting to make an appointment. Even my vet (who saw Laputa on a continuous basis) said next time just bring them in and they will get them in ASAP. I would continue to keep your little ones hydrated and just monitor them. Just out of curiosity have you had a fecal test done? My Lucifer stopped calling for a month and turns out he was full of parasites. Also, if you're unsure of the gender of your AGTF, look closely under their chin. Thy should have a darker throat than females. Lucifers is like a brownish color and he is the same size as Marven, who is female.
