Do you let your frog sleep?

I'm just curious at the routine you guys do in this regard. Sometimes my frogs like sleeping and I usually let them sleep for a week or so at a time if they decide to do it because it will slow down their systems and allow them to fatten up. Particularly for the smaller babies. That's my theory on it, anyways (which may or may not be correct).

i dont know whats wrong with your frog but if a baby can "sleep" for over a week. that is not good. those little guys need to eat almost everyother day to be healthy. Mine is over a year old and has never slept for more that a few hours or so. mine has NEVER slept for more than a day. In the wild these guys only burm for a few months, not more than 4 months. you have something wrong going on. Mine is always wanting to eat,winter, spring, summer, fall, it doesnt matter. so from my experiance, these frogs should always be alert and ready to eat, if mine starts to do anything different i would become concerned.
