kingsnake.com Classifieds: WOW- super cool frog- Nectophrynoides

First time I have ever seen this species offered for sale in the USA... Unfortunately if the online data I find online is correct it seems to be a CITES appendix I species so it probably isn't legal... Probably just slipped in with a large Tanzanian shipment. I have contact the seller to see if I can find out what is up... lol

I saw that a while ago. A bit pricey for me, but it's interesting.

I would buy it in a heartbeat if I thought it was legal but I strongly suspect it isn't...

Makes you not want to buy anything from that seller.

I wonder what will happen to the toad now... Assuming the dealer didn't actually know he had an appendix one animal(and I assume he didn't because if he did it would be really dumb to post it for sale on kingsnake) where does he go from here? I hope it isn't just quietly disposed of because of the potential legal hassle of doing anything else with it...

It is still listed under Appendix I. It wasn't removed during the latest convention of the parties in Mar.
