I have 2 northern leopard frogs that are native to my home state of Utah. Winter is approaching and I was wondering if I needed to put a heating pad under their tank to keep them warm, or will they be fine at the lower temperatures of winter because they are native? I am keeping them in a tank on my windowsill so they get the natural light of the sun, just like in nature. Thanks for your help!

Hello and welcome to FF! They will be fine without additional heat, if you can handle room temperature they will too. Here is a care sheet for them: Frog Forum - Leopard Frog Care - Rana pipiens (Schreber, 1782) and R. sphenocephala (1886) .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
