1. That's size enclosure is for an adult. At 1.5 months your frog should be in some sort of critter keeper. At three inches SVL you can upgrade to a 10 gallon or equivalent. At adulthood you can move to the 18x18. As always make sure three side are covered.
8. Nightcrawlers are the best food as a staple. The pieces you were offering were too big. You can offer pieces that are the length of the frog, but I recommend half the length of the frog. Feed all it will eat till it doesn't want any more.
10. Remove the floresent bulb and get a energy saving white house bulb. Nothing over 50 watts.
