TetraFauna Viquarium? Any good for Pixies?

Has anyone adapted this set-up for a Pixie Frog? If so any tips? Can it deal with the yield of waste from the frog?

The filter will be inadequate ; better use the $70-100 towards a quality canister filter rated 10X your water volume .

What I figured. Though, this would be a free kit. So I may just flip it then.

What sort of filter do I need for pacman frogs? If I could manage to make the water shallow enough and remedy the dirt problem?
