    Default Acceptable water temperatures

I recently upgraded my GABF's enclosure and now that there is a larger water source I decided it would be ok to heat (compared to the tiny dish that Karagga used to have). I placed a 7w heating pad underneath the tub on the side where the water container is and the temperature in the water is right around 87F. Is this too warm? Heating the water supply also increases the humidity quite a bit which is great as I won't have to mist probably but every other day now.

I have a timer that I could place the heater on if 87F is too warm.

87° is too warm. You want the water to be in the high 70°s or 80°.
