Charlie is a regular "albino." By regular I mean the original C. cranwelli "albino" morph.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Thank you, Carlos! I figured as much, but now I know for certain.

I've got some new pictures of Charlie I plan on posting tonight. I'm sure I'll end up taking more tonight during feeding time too! Charlie is actually quite docile, he doesn't mind being handled, and he hasn't tried to bite me...yet. I don't handle him a lot, but when I've had to he seems to be okay with it. I'm more jumpy about it than he is, I'm expecting him to strike me like he does his food!

New photos of Charlie, my chubby little pacman! He now gets excited as soon as he sees the tongs because he knows food is sure to follow. Also he's bit more gentle in how he grabs his prey from the tongs. I believe it's because he trusts I'm not going to fight him for the food, it's his no matter what. Anyway back to pictures, fyi the bright light is the flash, and they were taken just after I fed him but before I changed his water for the night. Enjoy!!

He absolutely does not like the camera, he puffs up at it and makes sure to keep his back to it. It's incredibly difficult to get a straight on shot, or one where he's not all puffed up. As soon as I put the camera down he deflates! When I compare last weeks photos with these I can see he's definitely grown. Growing is a sign of good health, which means I'm doing something right...so far!!

Last night I added horn worms to Charlies dinner menu. I have never seen a feeder disappear so fast from the tongs and in to his mouth. Tonight I fed him 15min earlier than normal because he was sitting in his water dish staring at me! I suddenly had this feeling I was being watched!!
