Toad help

I just came home and checked on my toad and my Cane toad Blarog looks rather ill and there is something wrong.
He is rather skinny, almost like he is deflated. And there is "something" sticking out of him bum and I'm unsure what it is or if it's part of his insides.
What should I do?

Update, my Cane toad is making "clicking" like noises when he breaths

It's really hard to say, especially without photos. I would suggest getting your toad to a vet ASAP. They're going to be the ones who can best identify what happened. I hope your toad gets better soon...

He has a prolapse Rectum and none of the vets are open till Monday. I'm also unsure how much a visit will cost.
